Pursuant to section 87Q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
29 March 2000, notice is hereby given that the Deputy Secretary Air Services, having received an application from Polynesian Limited (trading as Polynesian Airlines), of Apia, Samoa, has varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline in conformity with the open route and capacity arrangements negotiated between New Zealand and Samoa on 20-21 March 2000.
