On 14 September 2000 at the District Court at Waihi,
Colin George Rapson, of 7 Rahu Road, Mackaytown, was convicted of the following offence - refuse to permit blood specimen to be taken (2nd subsequent offence). In addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Hillman motor vehicle, registration No. EK 7247
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
