On the 19th day of January 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Sean Richard Paul O'Byrne of 22 Wallace Road, R.D. 2, Te Puna, was convicted and fined $500.00, Court costs $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 28 February 2000, following his conviction on 19 January 2000, for an offence of driving while disqualified and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, A. A. Ngatai and H. J. White, Community Magistrates, have ordered that a
Honda motorbike, registration No. 14 PHU
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Sean Richard Paul O'Byrne, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 19th day of January 2000.
