On the 12th day of January 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Erina Ruth Crichton of 33A Fairview Place, Te Puke, was convicted and fined $500.00, Court costs $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 12 January 2000, following her conviction on 12 January 2000, for an offence of driving while disqualified and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates R. Paterson and K. Hurley have ordered that a:
Mazda 323 motor vehicle, registration No. LA 8280
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Erina Ruth Crichton, be forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 12th day of January 2000.
