Exercise Criminal Jurisdiction in Respect of Indictable Offences
Pursuant to section 4 (5) of the District Courts Act 1947,
His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to revoke, as from the close of 29 October 2000, the appointment* of Otahuhu as a place in which courts may be held for the exercise of criminal jurisdiction in respect of indictable offences under Part IIA of the Districts Court Act 1947.
