Pursuant to section 4 (5) of the District Courts Act 1947,
His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to revoke, as from the close of 29 October 2000, the appointment* of Otahuhu as a place in which a District Court may be held for the exercise of civil and criminal jurisdiction.
