Pursuant to section 4 (1) of the Disputes Tribunals Act 1988, I hereby establish, as from the commencement of
30 October 2000, a tribunal to exercise the jurisdiction created by that Act at Manukau.
The tribunal shall be a division of the District Court at the place in which it is located.
