Pursuant to section 4 (1) and section 4 (2) of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint, as from the commencement of
30 October 2000, the City of Manukau as a place in which courts may be held for the exercise of civil and criminal jurisdiction.
