The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, 15 March 1999, the Building Service Contractors' of New Zealand Incorporated was granted full recognition as an industry training organisation for the contract cleaning industry, urban pest management industry (including service technicians working in the industry) and the dry cleaning and laundry industries, with effect from 11 April 1999.
It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the above areas at Levels 1-8.
The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.
