I, David Winston King, Manager, Telecommunications and Postal Policy, Ministry of Commerce, hereby give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Short title-This notice may be cited as the Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations 1994 (Telegroup Network Services New Zealand Limited) Notice 2000.
2. Revocation of registration as a registered operator-The registration of Telegroup Network Services
New Zealand Limited as a registered operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations 1994 ("the regulations"), done on
23 April 1997 and notified in the New Zealand Gazette on
1 May 1997, was revoked pursuant to regulation 8 of the regulations on 7 August 2000.
