Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 26 July 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga,
William George Joss, of 165 Cambridge Road,
Tauranga, was convicted of the following offence - driving whilst disqualified - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Chrysler Avenger motor vehicle, registration No. IG 135
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
