In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982
Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of February 1999, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:
1. That the name of Peter Leslie Hall be struck off the
Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand.
2. That Peter Leslie Hall pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $1000.00 towards the costs and expenses of the inquiry by this tribunal.
3. That Peter Leslie Hall pay to the Otago Law Society the sum of $750.00 towards the costs of the inquiry by that society.
