Alan Darcy Thompson was convicted of the following offence - driving whilst suspended - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1986 Mazda Familiar motor vehicle, registration No. PT 9138
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
