I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 31 January 2000, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 by virtue of the removal of
Trans-Am Motors Limited from the Register of Companies on 14 August 1998, pursuant to the Companies Act
1993, with rights as owner of monies being a refund of import duty from Customs New Zealand and being the interest accrued on such monies.
