Pursuant to section 85 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1988,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to re-appoint
John Pennington Gatley, District Court Judge of Wellington
to be the chairperson of the Liquor Licensing Authority for a term of 5 years on and from the date hereof.
