Pursuant to section 30 (6) of the Pork Industry Board Act 1997, I hereby notify that I have, by written notice to the New Zealand Pork Industry Board, prescribed the terms of reference for the Board's 2000 performance and efficiency audit pursuant to section 30 (5) of that Act.
