On the 22nd day of June 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, Clinton Dennis Maloney of 18 Tawhero Street, Mamaku, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 26 October 2000, following his conviction on 22 June 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified (1) and providing false information (1), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge P. W. Cooper has ordered that a
Honda motor vehicle, registration No. KY 3601
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Clinton Dennis Maloney, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 22nd day of June 2000.
