On the 29th day of June 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, Jaden Tupua Toleafoa of 188 Sunset Road, Rotorua, was convicted and sentenced to 2 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 18 July 2000, following his conviction on 29 June 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified (1), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge P. owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Jaden Tupua Toleafoa, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 29th day of June 2000.
