On the 13th day of January at the District Court at Hamilton, Luke Frederick Elliottyson of 27 Casey Avenue, Hamilton, was convicted and ordered to pay court costs $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 13 January 2000 following his conviction on 13 January 2000 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol and in addition to
the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates
T. M. Moana and L. Rangitauira have ordered that a
Mazda motor vehicle, registration No. LK 8508
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Luke Frederick Elliottyson, be forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 13th day of January 2000.
