Non-Confiscation
On 6 March 2000 in the District Court at Otahuhu,
Her Honour Judge H. M. Simpson ordered that the following motor vehicle be forfeited to the Crown, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985:
Toyota Camry, registration No. XR 1440.
Take Note: I wish to advise you that the Court did not proceed with the confiscation order and therefore the vehicle is not subject to the order.
