Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act
1985, an order was made in the District Court at Timaru on 22 May 2000, against Edward Lancer Purcell for the confiscation of the following vehicle:
1970 Holden Kingswood, registration No. DI 7839,
and on 31 March 2000, against Christopher Leslie Perry for the confiscation of the following vehicle:
1981 Yamaha XT250, registration No. 19 HIU.
