This notice replaces a notice on the same matter, which appeared in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 June 2000.
The new notice is necessitated by the sudden unavailability of
Adrienne Edgar
to fill the position of temporary commissioner at Forbury School.
Pursuant to section 109 (3) of the Education Act 1989 and section 12 of the Interpretation Act 1999, and a power delegated to me, due to the intended absence of the Commissioner for a period of 2 months, I, Kathy Phillips, Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education hereby:
(a) Terminate the appointment of
Mike Allison as Commissioner
of Forbury School.
(b) Appoint
John Letts as Commissioner
of Forbury School.
(c) Terminate the appointment of
John Letts as Commissioner
of Forbury School, as from 8 September 2000.
(d) Reappoint
Mike Allison as Commissioner
of Forbury School, as from 8 September 2000.
This notice applies from the date of its publication.
