On the 10th day of January 2000, at the District Court at the District Court at Rotorua Terrence Jeremy Mihaka of 77 Mount View Drive, Rotorua was convicted and sentenced to three months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 22 June 2000 following his offence committed on 29th December 1999 for an offence of driving while disqualified (1) and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge P. be forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 10th day of January 2000.
