owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to section 84 (4) Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 5th day of January 2000.
