Pursuant to Section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations
Act 1957
I, Hon. Phil Goff, Minister of Justice, hereby authorise the Inland Revenue Department office holders Scheduled below to receive statutory Declarations, pursuant to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.
In addition, I hereby revoke all previous authorisations as published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 78, issued on 1 August 1996, which are replaced by Schedule below.
