Amendment No. 17
Section 11 G of the Food Act 1981
Amendment No. 17 to the New Zealand Food Standard 1996 was issued by the Minister of Health on 20 January 2000.
Amendment No. 17 incorporates changes made by the Amendment No. 47 to the Australian Food Standards Code (ASFC) into the New Zealand Food Standard 1996. The Australia New Zealand Food Authority (ANZFA) gazetted Amendment No. 47 in Australia on 16 December 1999. ANZFA also published Amendment No. 47 in the New Zealand Gazette on 16 December 1999.
The New Zealand Food Standard 1996 and the material incorporated into it by reference, i.e. the AFSC up to and including Amendment No. 47 is available for inspection at the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington.
