Pursuant to section 132 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to determine that the jurisdiction of the Auckland District Prisons Board, operating in respect of the penal institution known as
Mt Eden Prison, is extended to include the penal institution known as the Auckland Central Remand Prison.
This notice amends the notice of 9 September 1985 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 September 1985, pages 4084 and 4085.
