Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 October 1999, which was granted under those regulations to Dale Mihi Bailey in respect of Kiddie Kapers Akonga No. 2 (10151), situated at
129 Taniwha Street, Glen Innes, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
