On the 11th day of January 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Jamie Lawrence Gray of 210 Fraser Street, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 80 hours community service and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 2 May 2000, following his conviction on 11 January 2000 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge I. owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Jamie Lawrence Gray be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 11th day of January 2000.
