Pursuant to section 10A (3) of the Penal Institutions Act 1954, I, Mark Gerard Byers, Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections, now revoke the Operational Standard-Use of Mechanical Restraints and Physical Holds (OS-7) dated 27 May 1999.
The date of revocation is 1 July 2000.
