of Revocation
Pursuant to section 10A (3) of the Penal Institutions Act 1954, I, Mark Gerard Byers, Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections, now revoke the Operational Standard-Drug and Alcohol Testing-Collection of Inmates' Urine Samples (OS-1) dated 27 May 1999.
The date of revocation is 1 July 2000.
