25 October 2000, following his conviction on 1 June 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates
R. G. Paterson and K. Hurley have ordered that a
Nissan Silvia motor vehicle, registration No. PH 3188
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Ross McLelland Leckie, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 1st day of June 2000.
