On the 1st day of June 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Joshua Jones, of 7 Magnolia Place, Te Puke was convicted and sentenced to 3 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 17 November 2000, following his conviction on 1 June 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates R. G. Paterson and K. Hurley have ordered that a
Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registration No. PQ 4557
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Joshua Jones, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga by 4.00 p.m. on the 1st day of June 2000.
