E. Oettli and P. Ferguson have ordered that a
Nissan Bluebird motor vehicle, registered No. NU 6526
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Barry Te Rau o Hamutana King, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 16th day of May 2000.
