On the 13th day of April 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Albert Phillip Edgecombe of 5 Riley Place, Fitzroy, Hamilton was convicted and fined $440.00, Court costs $130.00 on CRN 0019010904, and on both charges disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 8 months from 14 April 2000, following his conviction on 13 April 2000 for offences of driving while disqualified and driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates P. Oettli and P. Ferguson have ordered that a
Honda Accord motor vehicle, registration No. KD 5972
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Albert Phillip Edgecombe, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 13th day of April 2000.
