Pursuant to section 13 of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 1999, I appoint
America's Cup 2000 Limited of 100 Halsey Street, Viaduct Basin, Auckland
to be the Event Organiser for the America's Cup Regatta.
This notice shall remain in force from 14 February 2000 to 9 March 2000.
