On the 12th day of May 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Warren Stanley Paul Bell of 10 Nixon Street, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to a total of
9 months imprisonment and disqualified indefinitely from 12 May 2000, following his conviction on 12 May 2000 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge G. A. Rea has ordered that a
Holden Commodore motor vehicle, registration No. JX 2759
owned by the above-mentioned defendant Warren Stanley Paul Bell, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 12th day of May 2000.
