On the 11th day of May 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Maru Allan Wade (also known as Allen Maruapu Wade) of 27 Rutherford Drive, Waikanae, was convicted and sentenced to a total of 4 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 22 June 2000, following his conviction on 11 May 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge G. A. Rea has ordered that a
Ford Fairmont motor vehicle, registration No. OU 5515
owned by the above-mentioned defendant Maru Allan Wade (also known as Allen Maruapu Wade), be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 11th day of May 2000.
