On the 11th day of May 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Reuben Timothy Drew of 90B Tawa Street, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 1 months periodic detention following his conviction on 11 May 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition
to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates
L. Rangitauira and M. F. Symmans, have ordered that a
Nissan Pulsar motor vehicle, registration No. LJ 7318
owned by the above-mentioned defendant Reuben Timothy Drew, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 11th day of May 2000.
