On the 10th day of May 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Stephen John Donnelly of 70 Anich Road, Massey, Auckland, was convicted and sentenced to
2½ months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 9 months from
10 May 2000, following his conviction on 10 May 2000 for offences of driving while licence suspended and reckless use of a motor vehicle, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates M. R. Brooker and
G. O. Moltzen have ordered that a
Honda motor cycle, registration No. 91 TRL
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Stephen John Donnelly, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 10th day of May 2000.
