owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Jason Michael Towers, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to
section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 4th day of May 2000.
