6 months from 3 May 2000, following his conviction on
3 May 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates K. Hurley and R. G. Paterson have ordered
that a
Toyota Corolla motor vehicle, registration No. HC 5831
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Warren Haumata Smith, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to
section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 4th day of May 2000.
