E. Oettli and P. Ferguson have ordered that a
Ford Sierra motor vehicle, registration No. PG 4628
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Wayne Allan Duggan, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 13th day of April 2000.
