On the 19th day of April 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Peter George Hunt of 18 Anzac Road, Tauranga, driver, was convicted and fined $900.00 and Court costs $130.00, and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from
19 April 2000, following his conviction on 19 April 2000, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and
in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates K. Hurley and R. G. Paterson have ordered that a
Toyota Corona motor vehicle, registration No. TL 4864
driven by the above-mentioned defendant, Peter George Hunt, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 19th day of April 2000.
