On the 5th day of April 2000 at the District Court at Morrinsville, Jannice Mary Carnell of 474 Thames Street, Morrinsville, was convicted and remanded to Hamilton District Court on Monday, the 8th day of May 2000, for sentencing for an offence of drove under influence of drink or drug (3rd or subsequent offence) and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. P. Wolff has ordered that a
1991 Toyota Trueno motor vehicle, registration No. XC 3744
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Jannice Mary Carnell, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Morrinsville, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Morrinsville, forthwith.
