On the 13th day of April 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, Helge Clausen of 6/13 Lytton Street, Rotorua, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 13 April 2000, following his conviction on 13 April 2000 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge C. Ford Sierra motor vehicle, registration No. LT 4092
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Helge Clausen, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 13th day of April 2000.
