On the 11th day of April 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Shaune Frank Ritchie of 80 King Street, Cambridge, was convicted and fined $1,000.00, Court costs $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 9 months from 11 April 2000, following his conviction on 11 April 2000 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol and, in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, G. Moltzen and G. Scott, Community Magistrates, have ordered that a
Nissan Skyline motor vehicle, registration No. UJ 8387
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Shaune Frank Ritchie, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section
84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 11th day of April 2000.
