On the 7th day of April 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Graham Matthew Divett of 50 Casey Avenue, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to a total of
6 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from
30 April 2004, following his conviction on 7 April 2000 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (third or subsequent offence), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge J. L. Rota has ordered that a
Toyota Celica motor vehicle, registration No. PO 1378
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Graham Matthew Divett, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 4.00 p.m. on the 7th day of April 2000.
