Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 21st day of December 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Lewis Haeta Kapene of 259 Manoeka Road, Te Puke, was convicted on 21 December 1999, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified having been previously convicted, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a
1984 Mitsubishi Sigma motor vehicle, registration No. RI 6227
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Lewis Haeta Kapene, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 21st day of December 1999.
