In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982
Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of September 1999, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:
1. That the said Leslie John Richards be censured in relation to Charge 3.
2. That the name of Leslie John Richards be struck off the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand.
